Jeld-Wen started building windows in 1960 in Klamath Falls Oregon with only 15 employees. Since that time they have grown into the worlds largest window and door company. Manufacturing windows, doors, (both interior and exterior) as well as garage doors.

Question: I have both casement and double hung windows in my house and I want vinyl windows. Can you replace both styles?

 

Yes. We can replace both casements and double hung in vinyl as well as sliders, awning and single hung in your choice of white or sandstone.

 

Question:  After I order my new windows, how long does it take to get them installed?

 

Most orders require special sizing ( no extra cost) and need to be built for your installation. This usually takes 2 - 3 weeks. When we receive your order we will call you to setup the earliest possible date for your installation.

 

Question:  What if I have a problem with one of my windows?

 

Jeld-Wen vinyl windows have a LIFETIME warranty and provides free service for all manufacturing related problems. Including glass.  Your issue will be handled by a Jeld-Wen trained professional.   We handle all issues related to the installation of your windows for 1 year from the date of your installation.
